Me and my husband Varsal met when I started working at a convenient store when I graduated high school. I remember seeing him working in the store before I started working there. Sometimes I wonder if my heart new he was going to be the one before before my brain did. We worked together for a year before he friend requested me on facebook. After that we pretty much talked all day everyday and haven’t stopped ever sense. After learning how nerdy we both were and realizing how much we had in common with with our love of video games, all things star was and Lord Of the Rings, and Super Hero Comics, we new we found our other half. We dated for a 11 months when Varsal asked me to marry him. He asked me the day after thanks giving, we went out to dinner at Red Robin ( Where we had our first date) and even then I kinda thought something was going on since Varsal’s cousin Michael and roommate at the time couldn’t stop grinning at me all day. After that we went to dinner went to one of Varsal’s favorite places on the beach, and he suggested I bring my camera (Which is always sounds like a good time to me) so I start taking pictures and it’s cold and snowing hard so he goes back up to the car to get me a blanket and when he comes back he has the blanket with a big bouquet of flowers underneath and hands them to me and gets down on one knee and asks me to marry him. I was so exited we called our parents on the way home and had a second dinner with my parents to celebrate. I was so excited to get into the wedding planning. We got married 6 months later not wanting to wait any longer then we had to to be husband and wife. We were married May 25, 2013. How wedding ceremony was at Sherman Lake YMCA, MI and our reception was at my home church in Kalamazoo, MI. It was everything we dreamed it would be sweat and simple. I’ll always remember the day I married my best friend. More importantly it’s the day we vowed to be together forever. Love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13 : 4)

Fast forward three years and we are now living in Port Huron MI. It was a crazy, wonderful, rough two years. Full of laughs, tears, and ramen noodles. After saving every penny we had we saved enough money to buy our new home and welcomed our daughter Dessiray into our family. I think us becoming parents mad our relationship stronger then it ever was before. Between us staying up all hours of the night trying to get our little girl to sleep taught us what being teammates is all about. She has brought so much joy into our lives.
We now have our second daughter Kaylah. She is such a clown, she loves making people laugh. The one thing I love the most about her but cringe at being a mom is house fearless she is. Things her older sister would never do she dives right in. My family is my life, they are the reason I work as hard as I do, I work to hopefully take work off my husbands shoulders. We love to travel I can’t wait to show the world to our daughters and see new things. The one thing I love as a parent is showing and teaching my girls something new, seeing the world through their eyes is a wonderful thing. Being a parent really does change your life forever. You never love anyone like you love your kids, I never really believed in love at first site until I held my babies in my arms for the first time. You will never stop worrying you never stop being protective of them. I don’t know what the future holds but I know I can face it unafraid knowing that we will be going through it together.
